As a door closes, a new adventure commences


People often talk about goodbyes and farewells, yet rarely talk about new beginnings. Others lament on their regrets or sadness. We don't, we talk about positive experience and friendships made, so we would like to tell you what is happening with Fusca.

After 3 successful years, creating and serving up our unique style of vegan and vegetarian cuisine, we have decided to close in Warwick, taking our pots and pans with us, and are heading off on an adventure in 2019 to explore the South West of England and bring Fusca coast to South Devon. 
We are excited by this new prospect and the challenges that come with establishing ourselves in a new area. 
We have always been conscious about maintaining high standards and will continue to build on our ethos and original fuscatarian style, which has been about giving a dining experience with a personal touch, whilst creating healthy, varied, delicious, and beautiful food, delivered with a friendly and a professional service.....We now wish to bring this experience to a new audience with emphasis on coastal plant based food.

We have enjoyed and been fortunate to have met, and served so many interesting people, some who have now become good friends.

Don't worry about never seeing us again, we will be visiting Warwick on a monthly basis and in collaboration with the new owners, we will bring the Fusca experience back to Warwick for you to still enjoy.

On 22nd December 2018 we close the doors to Fusca in Warwick to begin our next story. We've had an amazing experience and time in Warwick and would like to say a 'BIG' thank you for all your wonderful support throughout, we couldn't have done it without you all.
